Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. Who we are

inclusive.software provides accessibility monitoring products and services. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site or use our products, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Contact: hello@inclusive.software.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address, organization name, and hashed credentials, used to provide the Service and send transactional email (confirmations, password resets, regression alerts).

Billing data: subscription and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Monitoring data: the URLs you register and accessibility-tree snapshots of those pages. Snapshots describe page structure (roles, names, states); if a monitored page displays personal data, fragments of it can appear in snapshots — register only pages you are authorized to monitor.

Leads: if you request a guide or audit, we store the email address you provide and its source so we can follow up.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to operate and secure the Service, provide support, process payments, and send the alerts you configure. We send marketing email only with your consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal data.

4. Processors we rely on

We use Supabase (database, authentication and hosting of customer data), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data under their own data-processing agreements.

5. Retention

Account and organization data is retained while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after account deletion. Snapshot and diff retention follows your plan’s limits. Billing records are retained as required by tax law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK/EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
